Oracle error ora-12514 solution

First: rewrite the listener.ora file (the bold part is the added part)

first step, sqlplus /NOLOG; the
second step, SQL>connect sys/change_on_install as sysdba; the
third step, SQL>shutdown normal;

Tips:
1.The database has been closed.
2.The database has been uninstalled.
3.The ORACLE routine has been closed.

The fourth step, SQL>startup mount;

Reminder:

Step 5, SQL>alter database open; (error)

part 6, SQL>alter database datafile 11 offline drop;
then repeat part five or six, and finally log in directly
